7 Days
7T is a 7-day fitness camp can be an intense and rewarding way to kickstart your fitness journey or push yourself to the next level. It is a balanced plan that incorporates strength training, cardiovascular exercise, flexibility work, and recovery to ensure full-body development and sustainability.
One Mindset
Cultivating a wellness mindset involves shifting your perspective toward health, balance, and self-care in all areas of life—physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. It’s about embracing habits, thoughts, and attitudes that contribute to your overall well-being as a vessel for the Kingdom of God.
No Weapons
Expect to rid yourself of faults, failure, and distractions. This is a profound goal, but it's also a process. Gain wisdom to optimize personal growth, awareness, and discipline. Iron sharpens iron. Proverbs 27:17 is our foundational practice. Complete transformation is what will be accomplished.
